Mid Season MATURE:
FLAVOUR: Complex, full-bodied.
DESCRIPTION: The ‘Uzbek Turban’ was brought to North America from the former Soviet Union. Like other Turbans, the Uzbekistan is early-harvesting garlic and must be taken out when the first few leaves begin to brown. Flavour wise, this garlic does not have the most complex taste. But one of the most unique and perhaps fantastic features of the this variety is that long after other varieties have lost their firmness, the Uzbekistan like other Turbans will continue to give you juicy cloves.
